I study systems and make them more human

I am interested in the point where people, processes and technology meet.

Kirill Shmelev

In brief

I was born in 2003 and have been blind since childhood. I use a computer with a screen reader, which turns interfaces into speech and keyboard interaction.

I have worked on digital projects since 2018: sales and online education operations, chatbots and integrations, information security and Business Informatics.

Today I work at the intersection of business analysis and accessibility: gathering requirements, modelling processes, testing products and helping teams implement change.

How I work

I first clarify the actual problem, separate evidence from assumptions and make constraints visible. I value simple solutions, clear writing, verifiable outcomes and systems a team can maintain.
